Definately a scam compnay

Definately a scam compnay. DO NOT buy from them! I would have given 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a small booklet from them on May 1, 2026. Yes, the kind of item you stick in an envelope and mail - easy peasy.

I didn't receive it although I was sent a receipt and 2 ways to track order. I called last week and have sent ~5 emails - all to NO response. Clearly they have not heard about customer service.

Both tracking sites show it is sitting in MN waiting to ship. I filed a complaint with local BBB. If I don't hear by tomorrow I'll start investigation with CC.

Only use this company if you want to be ripped off.

Having bought from them successfully on several occasions, we placed a large order (over $300) with this company. They took the money but the order never progressed past "processing". Multiple emails have been ignored, and their "buy safe" partners are incompetents who claim not to offer refunds or indeed, do anything at all!

Definitely one to be avoided
