Fantastic customer experience

Fantastic customer experience. I was in the process of moving and needed the chairs to arrive on a specific date and this was kindly arranged. The customer service from Charlie was really great and made the entire experience feel more bespoke. Wishbone chairs came exactly as described and no building required. Highly recommend and will be shopping again!

Lovely looking lampshade

Very excited to receive my lampshade, easy to fit and looked great. Unfortunately I hadn’t thought about the play of light on an open weave structure and as I suffer from migraine visual auras I couldn’t look at the shade in case it brought on a migraine. Sadly had to return which was an easy procedure. Would be happy to purchase other items in future.

The whole experience was easy

The whole experience was easy, quick and understandable. I found the site simple to find and see the products, ordering instructions were clear and I received a confirmation email within seconds. Delivery was fairly fast and the product is exactly as shown on the site!
