The Academy is wonderful, filled with great recipes and tips. If you want to learn about raw food this is the place to go.

First and foremost, I must say that this course is exceeding all of my expectations. As someone who is passionate about raw vegan food, I'm finding this course to be an absolute treasure trove of information, tips, and techniques.

I am currently taking the raw chocolate course (I signed up for all the courses and they are all wonderful). The instructor, Amy, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, and her enthusiasm is infectious. The course covers everything from the basics of raw chocolate making to more advanced techniques for creating intricate and beautiful raw chocolate creations.

One of the things that really stands out to me about this course is the level of detail and care that goes into every aspect of the instruction. The videos are expertly produced and easy to follow. The courses include a wide range of recipes, from simple and straightforward to more complex and challenging.

Russel is an amazing chef and has put together an amazing course. Thank you!

I have purchased my first online live cooking class and I am so happy that I did! I enjoyed the simplicity and yet professional approach to cooking. The classes are easy to follow- I am a beginner and I didnt have any troubles following cooking instructions. I have learned new things and am happy to come back for more knowledge and inspiration :)

I have attended many of Russell's courses, (and once in person many years ago) the online training is fantastic and I learn something new each time !

I joined The Raw Chef Academy last year to take Amy Levin's Raw Chocolate Courses. The experience has been 100% amazing! I have learned to create the most delicious and beautiful raw chocolates, expanded my knowledge not only for raw chocolate but also for raw cuisine. I was hooked after the first class. Russell brings humor and knowledge to the table (as well as delectable dishes)! I am a chef and can tell you that not all teachers are the same! He is wonderful! I wanted to learn raw cooking and need to look no further. I am signing up for all of his classes!

I am part of The Raw Chef Academy for a very long time and I can honestly say I've learned so much from Russell during these past years of my raw food journey and I've never stopped wanting to learn more from him - that's why these livestreams are so amazing. There is this interactive element I like very much, he's doing recipe presenting every aspect of the process, everybody can ask questions, share post-recipe pics in forum and learn so much more, not only how to follow recipe, but also how to adjust it to your own preferences and seasonal availability. I get inspired every time and simply can say this is the best way of learning and getting inspired all the way.

Russell James I love you. You are the best...a lot of recipes I have to sex up but with your recipes I just follow them. You inspired me to become a Raw Vegan Chef...and I am loving it! x
