They did not deliver the item I purchased from them (and no refund)
I ordered hair from this company and received confirmation of the purchase, created a profile on their website, and was given a tracking number with Royal Mail. However, when I still had not received the item after four weeks, I contacted them to ask if they had any updates, since nothing showed up when I searched for the tracking number I had been given. I received a reply the same day saying that this was unfortunate and that they would follow up
and get back to me. Since then, I have not heard anything, even after repeated follow-ups from my side. It has now been two months since I ordered hair from them. I do not know whether this is a fraudulent company or not, but if it isn’t, it is a very unprofessional company that does not follow up with customers who do not receive their orders. In any case, I recommend not purchasing from this company.
