I was surprised at the quality of the items I received. Not the best. I think you can do better TRR

I have bought and sold on TRR for years, but recently had issues with a transaction: I tried purchasing an item (three times!) and it was canceled each time. The customer service chat told me it was because I entered the wrong billing address, but I entered it correctly each time. As a result my account was put on hold. I was told it would get worked on and I would get a response with a solution or update within 24-48 hours, but I did not. I had to contact Customer Service 3 times to finally get it fixed by a live agent over the phone. I was then able to order the item, but when I did, the wrong billing address showed up on my order again! So clearly its an issue on TRR's platform. It worked out in the end, but I had to put in a lot of effort to fix the issue. Disappointing. I also am not happy with the sweater (it has a couple of snags that weren't visible or included in the description) and I have to pay$15.95 in return shipping to send it back, AFTER paying $15.95 to have it shipped to me. Its a lot to pay for shopping secondhand, and much more than most other retail sites. I've always had a good experience with TRR and championed the site to others, but something seems to have changed and its not as seamless or affordable as it has been to shop there.

Item as described. Price point was great but fast shipping.

It could’ve been packaged nicer. There was nothing in the box to protect as expensive item and it was raining. And box was smooshed. It should be required to be in a plastics wrap or bubble wrap.

Gave it a two because I have 2 burberry hot water bottles already yellow and red. Assuming the seller didn't know that they only shipped the jacket they did not send insert actual plastic water bottle luckily I have two already I can use one of those. Selling partial products not okay if I didnt have two already I wouldn't have known. Do better

Fabulous Bruno Cucinelli 100% Lana wool slacks. Love them and it was a great find since the pants typically run $2000-$4000 and I paid $25. Yay me.

Buying clothing would be so much easier if they would just photograph the size and fabric labels. Even just the size label would help vs relying on their AI guesstimates of size and measurements. I would buy so much more if I could determine for myself if something might fit. Right now clothes are a blind buy which is unsettling - especially if you are plus size, or you are looking at a designer who doesn’t use standard sizing conventions (I.e., a lot of them)

Sweater was just as described and great condition.

Fast delivery, packaged nicely. My only concern is for this being over 3K I would have expected it to be signature required to avoid theft or incorrect delivery. Other than that 10/10

A representative came to my house and I gave them a lot of Gucci shoes Gucci belts watches everything and I didn’t get paid on hardly any of this stuff. I even went into real and took some things and I never got paid on those items real real will rob you so be careful. They will take your items sell them and won’t pay you for them.

I ordered a Cartier Love Ring Size 9 in small.
Did not panic in not receiving email with order number or shipping info. right away.
Money came out of my account immediately.
Going through PayPal to get this extremely upsetting experience dealt with.
My first and most likely my last experience.
Have NEVER had this happen.

Item was in great condition i have no complaints and I will be using the site again.
