The item listed did not have a picture clearly showing the actual defect of the item. I would not have bought this item had I saw it and secondly because the item was non returnable.

Have found some pieces I love on this site and have been disappointed with others. The prices can be phenomenal but it feels as though it's always a gamble due to limited photos and a restrictive return policy.
That being said shipping is always very fast and customer service is responsive and helpful.

This Marc Jacobs bag is perfect!! I just want to hug it! The description was spot on, and the bag is in better shape than I was hoping. And it came with a dust bag, which was an unexpected surprise. Thank you!

was surprised that a 150 dollar dress was just tossed in a bag. I guess I don't buy expensive things often. So I was expecting more.

This is about one specific experience. I ordered shoes listed at size 10.5, but when I opened them, they were 8.5 (clearly listed inside the shoe). I'm really disappointed. They also took >7 business days to arrive from the day they were shipped (not that it mattered, because I couldn't wear them anyway).

Product came as described and delivered quicker than expected.

The sizing is WAY OFF. I went through this personally as a seller and as a customer. They label items XL, but give the measurements of like a 25” waist for example, whereas they’ll label another item (same designer) as a Med with a 31” waist It’s all over the place! Having to buy online, spend money on shipping and then having an item arrive that is NOT correct by any means of the description in size is infuriating. Especially because most of the items are “non returnable” Same thing happened when selling a dress where it was a size Med, I told them it fit like a L/XL (I was a size 14US at the time) I had to correct and fight with the consignment team because they had it advertised as an XS!! Whatever is going on over there with these many errors has made me no longer purchase from TRR anymore.

Quick arrival. The handbag is beautiful!

These were in very poor condition (not good as listed). I contacted the RR and was told that even though the pictures were done as to not show much damage, that the write up mentioned it. I believe this is very deceptive advertising. I would have never purchased these for my granddaughter if I had seen the extent of damage on them. I will never purchase anything again from The real real. Bad advertising, bad customer service.

This company has a great selection of products at good prices. I highly recommend.

I ordered 2 sweaters.

One was supposed to be in black and in “excellent” condition. It came in blue with a hole in the front.

The other was supposed to be in “very good” condition. It had 3 holes on the side.

Obviously, no one is looking at the items or paying attention.
