My experience is always great

My experience is always great with TheRealReal, however this time was a bit different. I reached out for assistance on a return for a refund because my item was to small and without hesitation I got my issue solved.

First time purchase was a success!

Last week was my first time making a purchase on this site, and it won’t be my
last. The photos are super accurate so you know exactly what you are getting. I love that everything is already authenticated, so there is no middle man, and therefore shipping is fast and easy. Thanks The Real Real!

The Real Real use to be a great…

The Real Real use to be a great company, now is a mess, the descriptions is wrong most of the time, the size is wrong sometimes its a mens item, when you sell they literally give away yours stuff but their prices remain high. I opt for second day and items arrive a week later. nos a great experience anymore.
