I gave five stars because of the customer service I received. Unfortunately, the Ferragamo slides I ordered arrived with damage which was not visible or mentioned in the listing. I contacted customer service and the customer service agent Cathy immediately handled everything promptly and in a very professional and equitable manner. Although I was disappointed with the damage to the shoes and had to return them the day they arrived, Cathy made it a pleasant interaction. Knowing that if something goes wrong TheRealReal will make it right goes a long way towards confidently purchasing from TheRealReal again.

Takes too long for everything but buying. Things sell before issues are resolved. Also there is such a variance in marketing, pricing, that doesn’t make sense. I’ve sent in NWT never worn cloths that they labeled” good” condition. Bd priced lower than others. Even NWT they labeled “ pristine” that were marketed half the price of the same products labeled good.

The offerings are great. Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered were too narrow, so had to be returned. The process for returning is quick & easy.

The handbag is pretty and just as described. Shipping was fine. The major issue was that the handbag smelled terrible. I could smell it before I took it out of the dust bag; it had a mildew basement smell to it. This should have been mentioned in the item description.

My package was lost in the mail for over a week. Contacted the shipping company and The RealReal multiple times to see how it can be resolved. The RealReal only provided a shipping refund and I have still yet to receive my item. I kept being told, wait another day then call back and we will reach out to a senior team. Very frustrating

I did receive the product quickly and as advertised, but the RealReal kept questioning my payment and threatening to cancel the purchase even though it went through on my PayPal account without a problem. I kept getting these threats even after I had already received the product! What is wrong with this company? Are they unable to confirm with PayPal? And if so, why do they use the PayPal service? I doubt that I will ever use the RealReal again, too much hassle.
