I've purchased several items and they've all been better than described. The Tiffany jewelry and the Aspinal bag are my new favorites. I'm already looking for my next purchase.

Made my first purchase and it was described as being in "excellent" condition but had a number of flaws not mentioned or pictured. Be careful when purchasing.

It’s terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong size sandals. it was advertised as a 36 although when the shoes arrived, they were 39. I emailed three or four times with no response and I even sent a hand written note with my return that I should not be responsible for the shipping considering it’s not my fault that they sent the wrong size and they advertise wrongly. They still took the $16 of shipping.

I ordered a large Nicholas K dress, received it and tried to put in on only to realize the size is actually an xxs and not listed as the right size. This will be going back. TRR really messed up way to offen

The standard shipping takes longer than the 3-5 business days suggested at check out. I reached out to customer service once I realized my item would not be here in time, and even though the item had still not shipped, there was no help. UPS also was unable to assist. Feels like the purchase price should warrant better shipping.

I've ordered a few items over the years, and everything is as described. Shipping is in a timely manner. 100% would keep buying from them.

I have purchased at least 20 items (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Fendi, Balenciaga, Tiffany, Christian Louboutin, etc). Every purse, belt, sneakers, clothing has been exactly how the item was described. I ♥️ doing business with The Real Real!!!!

I went on The RealReal expecting to save money on a Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet, but I ended up finding used pieces listed for more than buying brand new directly from the boutique 🤯. I noticed the same thing with several Cartier Love bracelets too. I understand paying a premium for rare or discontinued items, but I genuinely couldn’t make sense of these prices. Great selection to browse, but definitely compare with retail before assuming you’re getting a deal.

Absolutely 1000% would never do business with the Real Real again. Selling my bags with them was a very costly mistake for me yet very profitable for them. Their seller fees are ridiculously high, they will discount your items sooner than they should leaving you the loser in the deal always. One of my bags came with a pouch and they actually took away from bag and sold separately for $60, my profit was $10.00 for an example of shady practices. When I finally had enough, I requested my vintage Chanel broach returned to me when I noticed they put on discount sale for $300 off asking price, and the remaining 3 bags. They charged me for shipping back to me, $80, supposedly $20 each item yet they were all shoved into one small box .

I shop here because I love quality and I believe in resale. There is a learning curve regarding using the site but overall my experience has been net positive. I found a piece of art that I didn't think I'd ever be able to own. I recommend TRR

Item was just as described and pictured, a cool pair of Tory Burch Viv flats.

My order came promptly, but when it arrived I quickly realized the dress had been altered pretty significantly in the shoulders. There was no mention of it in the listing, so that was a little disappointing!

easy to checkout the item, with clear labels of information. only callout is that the item was labeled “final sale” so I purchased the $40 return protection just in case the item came not as described/I wanted to return. after checking out, in subsequent order emails I see that the protection is valid until july 10….and the estimated delivery date is july 10…

luckily, it was delivered a day or two early, and there are no issues so I don’t want to return the item, but that was a bit ridiculous.
