HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - BUYER BEWARE
I purchased a Chanel brown lambskin bag, CHA1452685 and listing said it was brown and showed it as brown. When I received the bag it was BEIGE and it was poorly dyed brown. The realreal responded saying I can not return it even though they did not mention it was dyed a DIFFERENT COLOR. The photos showed the bag was in perfect condition but when the bag arrived the poor dye job was cracking and pealing off the beige bag!

Great items not so great shipping costs
The amount of items available is amazing. I love the process and I trust the items are authentic and in the shape as described. I didn’t give 5 stars because the jacket I ordered was more of an XXS, not a small. And the return shipping is terribly expensive for the amount of items I ordered. Then when I had to return the item I had to pay more in shipping.

Quality items
Just like most, if not all, pre-owned luxury websites you have to filter your choices to what your tolerance is in buying & receiving pre-loved merchandise. When I buy pre-loved designer items they have to appear to be nearly new at minimum or I won't buy the item. The Real Real has a lot of quality, extra nice items to choose from.
