My order arrived within the designated time frame and my daughter was very satisfied with her early birthday gift. I liked being able to sort by quality and when I received my order, the glasses were in very good condition. All of the products I review were well priced and I'm looking forward to my next order.

Easy to sell and buy items. A+++ service

Gave the real real a pair of brand new, never been worn Golden Goose boots to sell. They listed them as in "good" condition. I then purchased items from them and received my goods in absolute disgusting packaging job. Would not recommend this site any longer sadly.

The RealReal told me this unexplained block on my account would be resolved within 24–48 hours. More than a week later, absolutely nothing has been resolved. I just keep receiving the same useless copy-paste emails saying their “team is working on it.”

That should tell you everything you need to know about trusting this company.

If they cannot resolve a basic account issue in over a week, imagine what happens when your package disappears, you receive a damaged or misrepresented item, or you consign a Chanel bag worth thousands. You may be left chasing customer service while they send you generic apologies and no actual answers.

Their customer service appears designed to exhaust you until you give up.

Think twice before buying from them, and think very carefully before trusting them with anything valuable.

Terrible measurements, never are correct. Also the description of wear is way off and the pictures are deceiving. Also that X cover thing you use is pure junk. It’s supposed to be a Guarantee but it’s not. They question you like the FBI then actually make a decision. That’s NOT a guarantee! So in turn that’s false advertising.

Terrible not helpful

Been on the look out for this chain that was lost years ago just right replacement. Delivered on time packaged well. Did say if the tag was removed it could not be returned but it was already off and in the package.

I ordered sunglasses and have been pleased with my purchase and experience with The realreal. I had an issue with one pair and customer service helped me with the return. I am awaiting a refund.

I ordered Vince shoes size 10 and you sent shoes size 6!!!!!! And this is the seco de tome you do this to me

The app is user friendly. Each item has several pictures. Condition filter is very helpful. I have bought a few hard to find pieces that I regret not buying when it was initially released previously and have always had great experiences and confidence that I am getting authentic products.

My bag is flawless!!! I love her, she was listed under great condition and she is flawless. I will shop here again.

The Real Real has excellent customer service both at the front and back end. I thought I had an issue with a bag I received, but I was able to find what I was looking for hidden inside it. I gave them 4 stars because it took three transferred chats before I got someone who could help.

The Louboutin shoes I ordered are perfect! No signs of wear. The purchasing process was easy and the shoes arrived fairly quickly. I doubt I'll ever pay full price (or even sale price) for a luxury item again!.
