If I could give it less than one star I would!! They are absolute liars dishonest and obnoxious team!! If you have luxury items do not trust the realreal with it they steal your items or sell it at unacceptable prices!! I beg of you from the bottom of my heart listen to me and do not send your stuff in or you will lose a lot of money

In the past, I have purchased very high quality garments at a reduced price from The RealReal. They were all almost like new. This time I purchased two men's dress jackets. One was in great condition as usual, but the other was worn out with no hope of repairing the damaged and worn out fabric. I checked with a tailor and a cleaner and they both agreed that the coat was old and hopelessly worn out. What a waste of my time and money. I shall have to return it. I hope that I won't have any problems or expenses with the return.

TRR had listed the item with incorrect sizing and I had to pay for return postage of around $40.

Beautiful pair of shoes for a good price

-Confusion started with the purchased item incorrectly listing the wrong size on the website. (Website listed US7/marking on the sole was 36 1/2, which is EU=US6. I could not get my foot into even the top of the bootie.
-Store credit of $50. was applied to the total purchase price and available for 3 days. Too short a time if a person does not go onto the site. I only applied $40.+.
-More confusion on the return, partially my misunderstanding but I thought the TRR would cover return shipping and my total spent $40+would be returned as a credit. The return shipping was deducted from my figures, with a return credit in the area of $24+, which I have to use in another 3 days. Lesson learned. This was my first experience as a purchaser and I almost pulled back the items I currently have listed for sale. Enough said. No apologies needed from TRR. Lesson learned.
