I ordered a size seven shoe and it was two sizes too big. No way was it EVER a size 7.

I ordered a size 6 skirt that would have fit me perfectly. The RealReal sent me a size 10 instead — their mistake, not mine — and of course it doesn't fit. To make it worse, the item is marked non-returnable, so I'm now stuck with a skirt I can't wear.

When I reached out through chat, the rep told me my only two options were a $10 site credit or a return shipping label. They shipped the wrong item, and the "resolution" is ten dollars or the hassle of mailing back something I never should have received — no offer to actually send the correct size. I expected far more at this price point.

I was able to find the vintage bags I’ve been hunting down and I feel I paid a reasonable price for them, however the way they were packaged was a huge disappointment. Both bags that I received were folded and crumpled up and jammed into a too small dust bag. Fortunately they arrived undamaged, but if this is the usual way items are shipped, I’m sure there are several cases where customers were not as lucky as I was.

The earrings were as described and I received them in a reasonable amount of time.

When I received it .I don’t like this belt. The Photo in website is not show real belt that I received.it’s very bad quality.

The white MCM that I purchased from you all was dirty with lots of rubbing. As a reseller, and also a first time buyer I am very disappointed in the real real and I will not purchase anything else from you all again!

Had staining on the clothes with a yellow tone
