Ties
One of the ties I got didn't have measurements on the website and was too wide. Also, it was supposed to be in new condition, but it arrived with its inner sewn tag torn off at one end.
The other tie arrived with soiled stains in the main knot area.
The person helping me with the returns handled them well.
