I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items. The first is fabulous -- great pair of shoes, just as described.

The second, a pair of pants was said to be grey. Nope -just plain old black. Not worth the hassle to return but a disappointment. Descriptions need to be accurate!!

I am eligible for refund

I am eligible for refund. It doesn’t allow for me to print off any refund receipt. Customer service couldn’t fix this. Their solution was to offer in store credit. I have traded three Emails. The clothes I ordered said excellent condition yet there were holes, balling animal hair and noticeable wear and tear. I suspect the garments were not inspected.

The mixed experience makes it quite difficult to continue to buy from RealReal.
