I recently received my second Gucci handbag from TRR. Both rated as very good. The first bag actually was very good and very close to excellent. The second bag I’m fairly disappointed sbout. The end of the shoulder strap come very bent loosen and sticks out in the air and the off-white leather trim around the top had is dirty. I didn’t have to clean anything on my first purse, which I just sent you for resale. I’ll be Leary about another purchase.

The used jeans my son ordered were fake, we paid $100. received a refund of $66.00 because of shipping and restocking fee. I don’t think we should have had to pay (to return) because it was false merchandise. If it was real, he would have kept the jeans.
