So far so good. My leather riser recliner was delivered this morning. The delivery men were very pleasant. The quality seems to be very good and I hope it will outlive the 5 year warranty. Considering that I ordered before Christmas the delivery time has been better than expected.

I did wonder about buying a recliner on line but I am delighted to say it has been a perfect transaction - straightforward and problem free from ordering to delivery - and I would highly recommend The Recliner Store. Gary was so helpful, sorted out the glitch we had initially, and now I have a perfectly working recliner chair. As I am severely disabled the fact the remote control came earlier was an added bonus.

Fabulous service. Above and beyond. Chair controller replacement needed to enable my mother to be released from hospital. 5 weeks delivery and Gary sourced one for me in 3 days once he know our predicament. The riser recliner I purchased is excellent. Its so comfy and has all the extras i needed. The ordering was so easy. It really is made to order esp for you. Delivery was great. The 2 guys that delivered ,unpacked and set up in the room. They cleared up after them and were so friendly. I highly recommend the recliner store. You wont regret your purchase.

The chair is good quality and super comfortable; it’s worth every penny, and I saved over £300 on my order in comparison to the price offered from competitors. Gary gave good advice, friendly, honest made us feel confident we were choosing the correct chairs for our needs.

I was looking for a replacement controller, which no-one seemed able to find, and eventually left a message for Gary late on a Friday. He got back to me that evening, worked out what the problem was, identified the correct part number and got the product straight in the post to me on Monday morning. It works a treat. Great service!

Very efficient service. After telephoning to make enquiries, I was able to visit the showroom, try out and select a chair, then it was delivered the same day as I lived local. The chair is comfortable and the mechanism is extremely quiet. I would highly recommend The Recliner Store.
