Damaged product
I ordered three vinyl records in one shipment. One of the three arrived ruined, and it was quite obvious damage, so I wrote to their customer service and was told that they would sent back another vinyl.
The next week, I received the package, that was literally torn, missing a part and it was clear that someone tried to open it. So I wrote back to customer service and the same person told me that she would send me another one from another courier this time and that she would make sure she had it sent in a stronger packaging this time.
I received the package about a week later, in exactly the same packaging as the previous two times, only this time it was almost completely ruined, and the vinyl was visibly scratched all over.
After rewriting to customer support again, saying that since I had ordered this package more than a month ago, a new one would've never arrive in time, I received no reply.
So I paid 45 euros for a vinyl record that was shipped to me 3 times, but none of the three times arrived intact.

Christmas Present Shopping.
Package arrived safely, extremely well packed. No problems with The Record Hubs service. My only issue was getting both an email and a text message from An Post advising package would be delivered next working day. Package then took a further 5/6 days to arrive.
