I ordered a beautiful suit for my second marriage and it was perfect! It was paired with tons of pearls that was the pies de resistance. The suit arrived quickly. Price was reasonable. Quality of the suit was amazing for the price as it was fully lined. I wish I could show a photo.

Easy to use website and easy to do returns

Love your style, but sadly your fit varies radically- this is something that never happens with expensive brands.
You're too expensive to have this problem- it puts you in the cheaper brands category.
Either have quality control or you'll lose customers which will force you to lower prices or just damage your brand.

I purchased a dress online, unfortunately, it didn’t fit so I returned it to the vancouver store. No hassles the return was easy.

I attempted to purchase the Eli shirt twice and it was cancelled both times. I see I was actually charged for the purchase an item I never received.

I love Reformation. I love the quality of the fabrics. The pieces are unique, I always receive compliments and “ where did you find that ?"

Most items are true to size. They also give a great description of how the item should fit.

My packages arrive timely, and prepared well. Returns are easy.

My only con, some items are a bit pricey. But again, the quality is good.

Customers service and your return exchange rules really has to change.

Love the shops, love the clothes. Unfortunately they are a little bit pricey and it’s impossible to find physical stores in Italy. So risking to buy on line means not being sure that sizes will fit and if I am able to change them
