The Retail Store is pretty average. They've got a decent range of stuff, but nothing really exciting or unique. Prices are okay, but not amazing. Staff are friendly enough, though sometimes hard to find. Delivery times are fine, but I waited a bit longer than I’d hoped once. Overall, it's not a bad spot to pick up basics — just don’t expect anything extraordinary.

The tree arrived 5 days after it was scheduled and in a damaged box. It was delivered to us by a kindly neighbor from six houses away who found it in their driveway. Their street number and ours do not even remotely resemble each other.
The tree, now it has been assembled is fine, as advertised however the Retail Stores delivery organisation leaves much to be desired.

Unfortunately I can't give you 0 Stars. You sent the wrong item!!!!!! I'll be ringing you on Monday to return them AT YOUR EXPENSE.
All you had to do is look at the photo of the items before you sent them to confirm that they were correct, but obviously that was too difficult for you to do. Bloody useless. I won't be using you again and wouldn't even recommend you to my dog.
