Everything about using The Ribbon Shop was a delight: great website & prices, plus the personal attention to what I’d ordered was just lovely. The handwritten labels, handwritten receipt, and everything wrapped beautifully in tissue paper. Absolutely made it a joy & It made such a difference from the usual anonymously packaged items ordered online from elsewhere. What a lovely shop! I ordered some various ribbons for craft-making, and they arrived very quickly and so beautifully packaged that I almost didn't want to unwrap them! High-quality ribbon at reasonable prices. Will absolutely use again.

Posting for my mum who ordered but not tech savvy to writes reviews 😂 this company is so lovely. They had to call my mum with a query on her order and were so polite, accommodating and professional. When the order arrived it was packed with so much care and attention. They beautifully labelled individually each of the amazing quality ribbons inside which truly made my mum smile. Mum was so impressed she wanted me to leave a review and highly recommend using this great little company.

Sales, my ribbon arrived this morning beautifully wrapped and easy to open with a beautifully hand written address label. Inside the package was a lovely gold coloured box containing gently folded ribbon wrapped in tissue paper.
I felt I needed to write this review immediately as I am so very impressed. Thank You Ribbon Shop 10/10

I needed some ribbon for my wedding and I had been struggling with the colour match buying online. After 4 failed attempts with other shops, I phoned The Ribbon Shop. Clara was so helpful, she sent me a sample of all the ribbons she felt would be suitable, with all the information about the available options and their current stock. They arrived so promptly and I was able to find a colour match. I wish I had known about them from the beginning. When I placed my order, the ribbons arrived within 48 hours beautifully wrapped and with a handwritten receipt.
