A fantastic Customer experience
Bhavneet and Kirandeep supported me in securing bridging finance for an investment property, my experience as a whole was absolutely fantastic. Proactivity and professionalism is very important to me, both of which were shown by the right loan team throughout my loan acquisition process, I cannot thank them both enough and I’ll definitely be working with them again many times in the future!

Lewis gave me the assurance and confidence I needed to go ahead with it. It is quite difficult to make such a big decision but I was given enough time and was never pressured. All my questions were answered and I was never made to feel silly or a bother. He always got back to me via phone or email. I am so pleased and grateful.

Fantastic Service and Support

Excellent service
I would thoroughly recommend The Right Loan in looking for a mortgage. Kirandeep offered good advice regarding the suitability of different mortgages and checked my requirements. Bhavneet took over my case once a suitable mortgage was found and helped with the application process. Communication was great. She was brilliant and responded quickly and efficiently to every query and was kind, friendly and approachable throughout the whole process. She kept me updated all the time. I would like to thank Kirandeep and Bhavneet for their hard work in finding and organising a great mortgage deal for me.

The right people, for the right loan!
We were recommended to use the Right Loan, Lewis handled our case.
Not the easiest thing for him as we are self employed and there is a pandemic on!
Throughout the process Lewis has continued to be easy to communicate with, he's explained, and re-explained when we struggled to understand the jargon, and was brilliant to deal with.
I highly recommend them, and Lewis in particular.

Speedy, efficient and honest!
I approached The Right Loan for an emergency bridge loan which was time sensitive due to being an auction purchase. Bhavneet dealt with my case the entire time and honestly I could not be more grateful for the attention to detail in her work. Although at times I had doubts that we could pull this off within the time we had left, Bhavneet was in total control and was able to give the right guidance at the right time. I am so thankful.
