Great Service
I have been with hosting bot for a couple of months on and off and they have great uptime and amazing customer support. I get responses in tickets from 2-10 minutes depending on the time, and they always resolve my issue quickly.
As for the vps', they have an automatic setup process which means your vps is setup in less than 5 minutes after you have purchased. Never had any issues, they provide a setup guide for windows server as well and the value for money is great.
They give great performance, double ram deals, really good offers and overall great service. I would recommend hosting bot 10/10 times, they deserve more than 5 stars.

Bad experience
Really bad support and unprofessional staff that talk about s*x in tickets, domains are expensive and to the addition, owner didnt pay us for advertising (everyone who had thermalhosting.com in their status would be given free 4$ in credits/month, but we never got em'for 2nd month)
Only thing that is kinda good are game servers because there are no downtimes, bot servers suck tho. If you want any proof, ask and I will be giving it to you.

We try our best to provide the best support and professionalism. The staff member that "talked" about "s*x" was dealt with and will not happen again, Domains are not expensive. And you can always go with other sellers if you wish. In addition to your "Advertising" payment as stated in our ToS we reserve the right to deny your withdrawal requests. Bot servers Do not suck from what others have said, if you wish to fix your issue you can create a ticket.

This hosting is amazing! First off, it is incredibly cheap, Not to forget the customer service is the best I've ever seen. The ping in New Jersey is amazing, I average around 10ping.
