Ordered for Christmas was not delivered over a month later. Asked for answers and they told me they were restocking and will send out once they have restocked. After weeks without information I reached out again and then they said they would refund me and I would receive the refund within 18 working days. Nearly a month later and I’ve not received my order or my refund. I will be going to citizens advise to chase my nearly £100 back.

My 15 year old daughter ordered one blanket on 12/20/25 as a Christmas gift for her mother. Jordan stated on 1/4/26 that the blanket has not been shipped because it was in production phase. She cited "overwhelming demand and growing popularity" as the reason for the delay. She also advised that the order cannot be "fully canceled" so she is offering a 10% partial refund. On 1/17 I asked for an update and as of 1/21 she has not responded. I will be disputing the charge with VISA as Thermahug clearly cannot deliver the product or communicate clearly with customers.
