Extremely satisfied! After my Amazon “do it yourself” gone bad, I called in the professionals. From requesting a quote to scheduling and all the way to installation, everything was five-stars! I’m always a little nervous about letting strangers into my home. With that said, from the moment I met Alex and his team, I was very comfortable. They are extremely professional and trustworthy. They went above and beyond explaining every step of the process to me and took the time needed to do a meticulous job. You can absolutely tell that they take pride in the work they do and put out a high quality product. I highly recommend Thermashield!

It's hard to actually find the correct words on how pleased I am with my window tinting. The Draeger Family did an outstanding job. They were even able to complete 2 windows I didn't have in my original estimate. Being a retired combat veteran that has issues with individuals being in my home, I was totally at ease with them because how pleasant/professional/through row they were. If you are looking to get your home windows tinted, I highly recommend them. Bonus they are a small/family owed business, in which I'm a happy supporter of. You cannot go wrong. I'm looking forward to this summer to be able to experience the full spectrum of the difference.

Some jobs, though tempting to try and do yourself, should be left to the professionals. I highly recommend having Alex apply your window film. I found myself in a pickle having installed a beautiful window during our remodel only to discover from the inspector that the glass needed to be tempered. Alex understood our situation, discussed window film options to make the glass like “tempered”. Each situation is dependent on your inspector. But, Alex’s help providing specs sheets for the specific window film and his installation allowed us to pass inspection without having to buy another new window with tempered glass. His family owned and run business was professional on all levels. They take pride in their work and are very detail oriented to get to film applied perfectly. They scheduled installation in coordination with time-of-day and sunlight on window, brought their equipment to do the proper cuts and applied the film with a skill evident of decades of experience. One cannot even tell it’s there! We are very pleased with the whole experience.

As the owner of a day spa in Spokane, my hair stylists were overheating from the big front windows. Not only are they going to appreciate the window tinting but I can imagine my AC bill going down drastically. Great customer service and very professional in returning my calls and answering questions. Highly recommend them!

Had several of my windows tinted on Friday and wow, what a big difference it makes. Alex and his team did an excellent job prepping my windows and applying the film. I had some odd shaped windows and they turned out great. Once they were done they cleaned up the area and removed their equipment, you couldn't tell anyone had ever been there except for the quality job with the window tint installation. If your a serious customer look no further than "Therma Shield" for all of your tinting requirements.

Therma Shield was great to work with. Communication was good and the final product was exactly what we had in mind.

Great quality work and very reasonably priced. We went through a referral company and received a call right away. We paid half up front to reserve our time slot then the balance after the work was complete. This is a small family business and they did everything they said they would. We are very happy with the way the tint looks in our home. The Draegers’ are very pleasant to work with and we would absolutely recommend their work.

Their installation was great - in terms of no bubbles and efficiency. What wasn't great is that they didn't listen to what I wanted and recommended a product that didn't suit my needs at all. The first thing that I told the owners was that I removed all my blinds 4 years prior because I loved the sunlight, yet they recommended a dark tint that didn't allow any sunlight in. Mid installation, I told them I thought the tinting was too dark but they kept going rather than stopping and really having a conversation. They told me I would get used to it. The tinting made my home unbearably dark. We went from rarely turning lights on during the day, to the next morning having to have them on all day, in spite of it being a 100% sunny day. They charged an arm and a leg for removal, and took zero ownership for recommending a product that didn't suit our needs or for not stopping and re evaluating when I said it was too dark. Because of the expense of removal, we left the dark tint on our bedroom windows. Our bedroom is so dark. Such a waste of money and disappointment. I would not recommend.

I was VERY impressed with their level of professionalism from the very beginning. They stayed in constant contact, and were very thorough in pricing and different products explanations. The Install job was top notch as well.

Alex and his team were wonderful. Alex kept in touch regarding our installation date, answered all my questions about the various films. On our installation date he and the crew arrived on time, did a perfect job and left our home as they found it but with uv protected windows. I’m happy to recommend him.

they arrived just when they said they would and completed the work timely. They cleaned up and left no evidence that they had even been in my house. The repaired window tinting looked exactly like the existing windows , just as they promised.
