Item ordered with 24 hr delivery…still waiting after three weeks
Item ordered with 24 hr delivery offered on 7th January, expedited by company 12th January. Still not received by 26th January. Enquiries replied to with the statement that the goods have been despatched so be patient! No refund available as they are on their way… where from? China is my guess. They should never advertise 24 hr delivery for products needing weeks to deliver! Never again!
