Excellent service from a reliable company. We've used Thermofix for many years, from annual boiler servicing to the installation of new radiators and fixing of central heating issues. Gareth and Steve did an excellent job installing our Air Source Heat Pump. Started with a really thorough heat loss survey, talked us through options and siting. Managed the boiler upgrade scheme process with us.

They were really thorough in checking existing pipework, radiators etc.

Installed just before the cold snap and has been providing a COP of 420% (we get about four times out what it uses in electricity).

I contacted Gareth based on a recommendation from another tradesman, I was not disappointed. We needed to replace our 12 year old boiler, which had proved inefficient, I contacted Gareth and he came out within a day, he assessed our needs , I am a once every 12 year expert on boilers and know that Gareth’s price was very competitive and I was impressed by his efficient manner and we arranged a fitting date for 2 weeks time.
Gareth delivered the boiler the day before fitting and he arrived promptly on fitting day and proceeded to carry out the fitting quietly, efficiently, cleaned all surrounding areas and the boiler was up and running by 6 that evening,perfect!
His promised after sales service gave me confidence for the boilers future operation

Thermofix have looked after our boiler and dilapidated heating system for many years and we are so pleased that we chose to upgrade to a NIBE Heat pump.

They talked us through options and were happy to answer any questions and in just one week changed our outdated and inefficient one pipe system to a efficient heating system. What a great team! Thermofix did a terrific job in installing my air source heat pump. It was not an easy installation as they had to deal with an old, badly installed central heating system. However they found solutions to all the obstacles they encountered. They linked the system to my solar panels, giving me one of the most energy-efficient systems on the market. Thank you!
