We bought two TM6 thermomix machines
We bought two TM6 thermomix machines. One of the blades broke and it has been a nightmare trying to order a replacement blade. We have moved to a different country and I use a freight forwarder to get all my stuff from the US. My order was put on hold (eventually cancelled) because Thermomix will not ship to a forward service because of "their privacy policy" and because of "fraud".
Now I will have to look for a third party provider since Thermomix will not support me.
We really like the TM6 (we bought two because we are a family and need extra capacity) I wish it was a little more durable and I wish they would support customers.
