Service is terrible- machine is great while it works but warranty takes forever to repair (and no guarantee that they will actually resolve the issue). Very frustrating and expensive process.

I have a TM7, purchased on a trade in when my TM6 broke down after 2.5 years. Loved both machines and use it all weekend and most days. This weekend my TM7 (less than 6 months old) broke down due to a bowl fault. My consultant has been fantastic- she has even loaned me her own bowl - but the main service is beyond useless. no reply to email complaint so I waited 45 minutes to speak to a customer service rep on Monday, who was as helpful as "computer says no" in Little Britain. She made me take a video of the fault on top of the photos I had already sent. She then insisted I borrow my consultants bowl and record the fault again to show the problem is with the bowl. Done and show the bowl is faulty. Absolutely no response and 3 days later I am no closer to getting a replacement bowl (supposedly under warranty). Unbelievably poor service when I have spent around 5k with them in 3 years for 2 faulty appliances. Magimix will be my next purchase.
