Ordered on the 6th of December. Heard nothing and emailed them twice, once through the website and once to email address they provide for customer service. Heard nothing and tracking doesn’t say anything. Most likely a scam, hope I can get my money back since I paid with credit card.

UPDATE - Received the the Probe!! Cannot believe it. Had to cancel my Fraud Report with the bank. Only give one star though. This company needs to up their game with communication. Supply a contact number and answer their emails. Be truthful about where the goods are coming from. For everyone else who has not received their Probe it may still be coming! Fingers crossed. I have not opened the box because it is a Christmas Gift but if it is useless I have a back up gift which I bought because I thought this would never arrive.

Pretty sure I got scammed
Pretty sure I got scammed. They use shopify but don't offer PayPal as a payment option, which should have sent up red flags. I ordered & paid over 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten an update since. I've written twice by email and once on the contact form on their website without response to either, and there's no other contact methods available. The auspost tracking number says its been outbound in China for over a week, and my parcel details don't match my auspost account (which it definitely should) so I can't get updates or an estimated delivery date. Save yourself the headache and get the one on Amazon.
