I ordered Luxury 5 In 1 Air Wrap Hair Styler V8 Pro from Theroflex but then changed my mind. I contacted Theroflex to return the item but instead they offered me 60% refund and told me to keep the product too. Which I thought was very considerate.

I ordered a knee support last January, it arrived very quickly. This February, I ordered a second one, for the other knee. This didn't arrive, and no response to my queries to Theroflex. 9 days after I ordered, I received an apology for the delay email. The order did then arrive 2 days later. So a week later than I needed it, but it did get here in the end. I've since found the product slightly cheaper elsewhere, so overall this is not a great company to use.

I purchased a “5 in 1” hairdryer set for my wife for Christmas, which malfunctioned within a few days and very little usage.
I contacted Theroflex to arrange a replacement and I was given the options of keeping the product and get a 40% refund, or return the product for a full refund.
I asked about the option of a replacement which was dealt with via emails by a representative called Sophie.
Despite the product I ordered being faulty, the customer service and the way in which my query was dealt with was very good . I have now received a replacement, which I am happy with, the only downside was how long it took to get the new set, but this was because of the thorough investigation that Theroflex conducted?

Very bad experience. I placed an order and the product has not arrived. They are not responding to emails. Avoid this company…

Not actually a company. Address is fake no phone number no business recoreded on companies house items sent are from a home in Bradford not the address in London given on there website which is someone's actual house in London. No response from emails either absolutely shocking

Terrible company. ABSOLUTE THIEVES.
I bought somehing from them they didn't fit so sent them back and asked for a full refund.
They tried to fob me off with a partial refund that wasn't good enough. I had to pay to return the full items to get a full refund and use a tracked service.
I had a tracked service deliver the items, had proof of delivery and now they aren't responding to any emails.
Honestly don't know what to do. Do I contact citizen's advice Bureau or something, Small Claims court?
They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this

How on earth have trading standards not shut this company down. Ordered gloves in November for £16.99. They still have not arrived and are now not responding to any of my emails.

Cheap rubbish, that breaks immediately. I'm guessing it's made from recycled nappies and chopsticks. Do not buy.

Purchased a den building kit for my son for Christmas which I was really not satisfied with, as it was not fit for purpose. I contacted Theroflex to arrange a return and this was clearly explained by a lady called Sophie. I was told I could keep the product and get a 40% refund or return the product for a full refund and I opted for the latter. I had some questions regarding the return, which were answered via email promptly.
I emailed again to ensure that my return had arrived and was assured that they were looking into it. I was contacted a few days later to say that I had been refunded and the money was in my bank within a few business days.
Despite the product I ordered not being suitable, I cannot fault the customer service and the way in which my query was dealt with. Instructions for the return were clear and I received my refund within the timeframe specified.

This is an awful company, do not buy. I returned an unused hair styler as it was cheap and horrible. I had to pay postage to return it. I tracked the return. Then they informed me that I couldn’t have a refund as the item was used. Obviously I had to take it out of the box to see it. Their 30 day refund policy is fraudulent!!

I would give no stars but not able to. Absolutely terrible customer service! I asked how to return an item and returned it after Xmas, unfortunately it was out of the 2wks allowed for returns and I was told I would not be refunded. Having paid for postage I was well out of pocket. After some communication they did decide they would give me a 50%
refund. Very unsatisfactory! And they said it will take between 10 and 14 days to reach my bank. I will never shop with this company again and I would advise you not to also.

Asked to cancel an order less than 5 minutes after placing it but they took so long to action that the product had already been sent. When I received it I asked how I go about returning it and followed their instructions (paying more money to do so). Royal Mail confirmation that they had received the package yet nothing from them until I chased it up. Completely lied by saying I had used the product and so won’t be refunding me. I hadn’t even opened it as I had no use for it (climbing frame for nephew but someone else already purchased). Chased again saying double check because you’re wrong yet they’re still sticking to their lie so only partially refunding. Not good enough in the slightest so will be spreading their bad name warning people of this scam.

They sent me the wrong item and have not responded to my email. The item they sent me is listed on the website as £14.99 - it looks like it's worth about £3, so I'm not hopeful about the actual product if it ever gets to me.

Ordered replacement head at beginning of December for Christmas, despite assurances that it had been dispatched and delays were due to the Christmas rush there was no sign of it. By January I again enquired as to where it was and was asked for proof of payment for the order which I supplied, again I was told they had dispatched my item and it was on its way. It's now February and it's still not here and now they are not even answering my emails, appalling.

2 weeks later I'm chasing my order
3 weeks later order arrived
Asked for return label as it was far too late and didnt need the item anymore, been offered to 40% and keep the item or full refund on return.
Item has been returned within 1 working day (you have to cover at your own cost).
Week later I had to chase again for refund..
Excuses and general emails were coming "fast and think" at the end I've been told I've reached 30 day limit.... even with 3 weeks delivery I still was in 30 day limit.. and since then emails has been ignored! Apoorling customer service!!!!!
Left one star review on their webside (which surprisingly they have non...), received and email in an hour, that the refund has been processed..
Not holding much hope.

Do not order from this company - they are a Scam. I ordered my son a Christmas present - a Den Making Kit. He was so excited when he opened it. A few days later we opened it and tried to make a den. The kit is absolutely nothing like advertised, straws would do a better job. I contacted Theroflex, complained that the item I purchased was of substandard quality and not fit for purpose. They told me to return it (at my cost). When they received it they told me I was not eligible for a refund despite the item being in perfect condition because it was outside of 30 days. (It was Christmas and we were away). I argued my point that the item was of substandard quality and not worth the £39.99 paid. They offered 50% refund - refused any exchange - and then completely ignored my emails. I have since reported Theroflex as being a Scam trader.

Do not buy from this company, they are scammers. Ordered hair straighteners for my wife, advertised as next day delivery but item did not arrive. Emailed them several times, got replies from “Sophie”, apologising “goods are in transit”.
After almost three weeks, contacted my bank and got charge back. “Sophie” even had the cheek, asking me to cancel my charge back so they could refund me.

Order was 10 days late and so I had to purchase elsewhere as I was taking a trip and needed a knee brace for my trip. Now won’t refund me unless I pay to send it back. It’s a disgrace. It was supposed to be next day delivery. AVOID AVOID AVOID
