Love my Rokker riding Gear, Rokker customer since many years. Would never use alternative products

I have plenty of Rokker staff. My favourite motorcycle clothes since 2014, very comfortable and I feel really safe in it. My collection is: jeans - black jack and rokkertech for hot weather, jacket - collage and black jack lady, boots - urban and fresco. Thank you guys, good luck!

I bought a par of jeans Rokker , and they fit perfect and very comfortable so far . Recommended!!

I bought motorbike pants from Rokker for several hundreds of euros. I am happy to pay a lot but I expect good quality. After the first few washing, the color went out and they did not stand standard usage. Many holes in them after only 1 year.

I’ve owned a pair of Urban Rebel boots for around 9 months and they’ve probably had about 5-6 months of riding. As much as I love them they are about to fall apart, not what I expect from a €400 pair of boots. I understand that sometimes these things happen with quality control of products but the reason I’m writing this is because I can’t get a response from the company, very poor customer service. From my experience so far, a premium price for a budget product.

I purchased a pair of Rokker Revolution Jeans nearly two years ago even though they were very pricey as understood these were high quality that would last me a long time and from a reputable company who would honour their warranty.

Recently these jeans started fraying so I initially contacted the shop where purchased who in turn reached out to Rokker directly. Feedback received was fraying was down to normal wear which I could not agree with as some areas were where there would be no regular contact. I had always hand washed these jeans and took really good care of them.

I then reached out directly to Rokker in Sep '23 who initially appeared to be helpful but then stopped all contact with myself which I felt was quite unprofessional.
