Fantastic product, really well made and clear craft that's gone into making it. Delivery took a bit longer but I'm not knocking a star off for that as the fault lies solely with the delivery service!

Was easy to use web site, easy to contact them as I made a mistake which they easily did for me, very polite and helpful, they have beautiful stuff which is a good price and the quality is excellent, I brought myself and stand for my tea coffee and sugar had it personalised it is absolutely stunning and good quality give them 5 stars

Love my radiator shelf, exactly what I’ve been looking for. Was kept informed, even down to an email checking that I hadn’t missed some engraving off the order.

Ordered just prior to Christmas which arrived with no trouble at all, my order was really well packaged to avoid any damage too.
It has a perfect finish and is just as I expected. Really lovely item, fits perfectly in our hallway for our puppies leads. Would definitely recommend this lovely family business.

I bought the mini shelf for a friend - it was what she’d chosen for her birthday. It arrived just in time (phew) and yes, I contacted them about when it might be delivered and got a really fast response! Anyway, I waited for my friend to open it, despite my excitement about it. Oh my, it’s so well made, with the words I requested on each side. It’s fabulous quality and well worth the wait for delivery. Very highly recommended.
