Sagar Patel Made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the store. He was very pleasant and explained everything very well about every mattress I tried out. And explained every detail on the sales agreement. this is my 2nd purchase at this store and I will be back in the future. It was such a difference between this store and the Bloomingdale store near where I live . The salesman there was the complete opposite, rude and didn't explain things and talked over me when I had questions, he then walked away from us, so we left and came to the Schaumburg store.

False/Misleading advertising
Thought that when advertising said less 30% off of entire purchase that is what we would receive on all pieces purchased. I understand that Clearance Items would not be included but the items we purchased were not Clearance or Floor Samples. Very misleading promotion. Salesperson should have mentioned that while completing the order. False advertising is illegal. Would like to see the fine print from the ad that explains what the exceptions are. Not very consumer friendly for anyone especially senior/veteran purchasers. Took almost 24 hours and 2 messages to have the salesperson call me with a non-explanation. Very aggravating !!!
