Michael was very Patient with us

Michael, did a great job helping us find the Livingr9om furniture we were wanting while makeup sure it worked in our space. He was patient with us and very helpful offering us sizes, prices and colors whenever needed. You made our shopping process, as smooth as could be especially with our indecisiveness. Experiencing the RoomPlace not the best…

There are several pieces I would rate higher and several lower so average of that is 3 stars. My original order was cancelled without my knowledge. I called and was told the mattress was unavailable not the whole set. I wasn’t even told on the phone. The. I was sent mattresses that was not in my budget plan. Then I call and text still not told whole order was cancelled. Then I found a st that was definitely not in comparison to the original but I could do it they didn’t have size so I went to queen and it didn’t come with the same amount of pieces but I wasn’t told it. None the less it was ordered and scheduling didn’t call in the allotted time. So my ordered wasn’t going to be delivered that week so when I spoke with rep he sent an email and still no response. It was just not a great experience and this is just a summary but I won’t do it again and for the cost it is a cheaper wood that breaks if not paying attn.

"My wife and I cannot recommend this furniture store more highly. You are made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as you walk in. Odeh is very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting all products in the store. We will be coming back.

I purchased a $4000 sectional sofa and…

Update.:

I drove to the store and sorted it all out with a sales person face to face. Much easier that way. They made my day good 🤗.

I purchased a $4000 sectional sofa and was offered 30% off my purchase, the sales person 'forgot' to take 30% off all the items so I had to contact them to amend the invoice. they do not answer their phones nor their Chat on their website. I will have to drive 30 miles to see them in person. Just infuriating !

FBI a.k.a Fred

FBI a.k.a. Fred was amazing. He Introduce herself and gave me time and space to look around once he saw me iron a piece struck up a delightful Conversation. Everything went very smooth. He had to leave due to and the young lady. I can’t remember her name that took over took good care of me and it was a breeze in and out with no problems no worries.
