Purchased a dress, unfortunately was not what I expected. I followed the return process within one week and have not received the money back for my purchase. Have sent numerous emails, no one has bothered to contact me.

I ordered a dress on Aug 11,2025 and it is now September 28, and no dress , I sent several emails and no response , I reached out to my cc company and they have credit my account I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered . Stupid me

I had the same experience. The dress was not delivered and I never received any response to my numerous emails. They have my money and clearly they have no conscience. They are unethical and dishonest. Stay away from Rose Dress.

They stole my money! Thieves! My bank couldn't get my money back for me. They play hide and seek! The dress NEVER arrived, nor any REFUND. I am going all over social media now. They need to be shut down! It has been 3-moths...nothing!

These rat bastadz stole my money, never sent the dress never responded returned my money. Always said that they issue a refund shortly. They are worthless scammers!

Worst experience ever!! They never delivered my order and it’s been over a month and no refund!! Please do not buy anything from Rosedress they are SCAM!!!

Site says they are based in Texas, they’re not-it’s a Chinese company. Shipping will take roughly a month, although they advertise a week max. When I asked why my package hadn’t even been processed after a week, they lied and said the dress was “out of stock” when in reality it was due to shipping from CHINA. They make returns impossible, no guarantee of a refund. My dress looked nothing like the pictures, was completely see through, and was made out of cheap fabric that I could rip apart with my bare hands. Mind you it cost me $80. Don’t buy from this site unless you love getting scammed.

I had an awful experience with RoseDress. I ordered two dresses, and one of them looked great when I first tried it on—so much so that I removed the tag, planning to keep it. But within minutes, rhinestones started falling off. For the price, this kind of quality is unacceptable.

I contacted their customer service, and initially, they only offered me a 25% refund. I explained that the dress was clearly defective and expected a full refund. Eventually, they agreed to a return—but expected me to pay for return shipping to China. That alone says a lot.

Then they reversed their position and refused the return altogether because the tag had been removed—despite the fact that I didn’t wear the dress and it was falling apart minutes after trying it on. Most reputable companies would take responsibility and issue a refund for a defective item. RoseDress did the opposite.

I’ve since disputed the charge through my credit card company and will never shop here again. If you’re thinking about ordering from them—don’t. Save your money and avoid the headache.

Horrible customer service.Dresses that arrived are not true to size and other items were on back order at which I was notified after payment was taken. I requested a refund which is only online.They take several days to respond, and then offer for you to keep items that do not fit for a discount. I don’t like the games when it comes to my money. Thought I was supporting a small business based on a Houston, Tx address business address. This is a joke and I regret ordering from here. I’m not sure who their supplier is but I should have been leary of the email only option for communication.

I ordered a pantsuit from here and it ended up being the wrong size & after getting one email asking for my exact measurements, I’m being totally ghosted and they won’t send me an RMA number to return my suit. The quality of the product is actually pretty good but it seems they just don’t want to make good on Resending a different size and or sending me an RMA so I can get a refund. Unless you want to be Stuck with something that does not fit properly or is a low quality do not order from this company.

SCAM!!! Bought a dress from here because they has a US address and thought I was avoiding your classic Chinese company scam. The dress they sent was nothing like the one I ordered, and was trash quality (like cheap Halloween costume). Contacted them for a return for full refund and they have given me a total run-around to avoid refunding. I reported them to PayPal and the FTC. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!!

Ordered what I thought was beautiful items at cost I normally wouldn't pay Thinking they must be worth it. How wrong I was wouldn't even try them on for fear they would fall apart...terrible design terrible material terrible price wouldn't even give it to charity shop..have asked for for refund need to return to China even though they have a Manchester address a complete scam..they did send return address but when I went to use it found it had been removed from my email all my emails from them gone !!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER .....

Hi. I’m going to be very honest with my review and please trust me. Don’t buy anything from this company. All that they do is copying clothes in a really bad way. It’s like a joke because they are selling clothes for dolls thar you even can fit a leg inside. The pictures that they show are the original designs, but they send something completely different.
And of course they don’t want to help you for returns or anything like that. So NO money back. I lost $100.
I wish I could put zero stars.

Total scam artists dress was not the one i brought just a peice of net avoid warning avoid

The items I received are horrible quality. Poorly made and the sweaters fall apart by just putting them on. I emailed the company to get an address for a refund which they refused. They asked me to take pictures of me wearing the clothes that DOES NOT fit, hence the return. Do not buy from this business. They are a pop up shop producing poor quality items and have no customer service skills.

POOR QUALITY
This is a Chinese company, and if you want to return your dress, you must ship it back to China at your own expense. I managed to get a U.S. return address, but after I sent the dress back, the company claimed they never received it and told me to file a claim with UPS to get a refund.
Additionally, the quality of the dress was very poor. The beads were falling off, the inner fabric kept sliding down my legs, and the tail was very long, dragging on the ground.

This is an awful company! I paid 75.00 for a top and pant set that were the worst of the worst quality. I then contacted customer service and was offered a 4 dollar credit !!!!!!
And this is after several emails of back and forth and me sending a video of the product

This is the absolute worst quality, high priced clothing I’ve ever received in my 34 years of life. Returns are impossible if you’ve already tried on. The amount of time it took to get to me was also laughable. DONT DO IT!

Awful dress , poor quality .Nothing like the picture .No response to email to try and return .

Do not buy from this company. They are from China and do not accept returns. In order to return you must pay $100+ in shipping costs. Complete rip off.
