Absolutely unacceptable experience. When I pointed out their clear mistakes, they didn’t just respond rudely — they actually used swear words. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. On top of that, there's no proper management, the order speed is terrible, and they barely reply to support messages. Avoid this platform if you want respectful and reliable service.
