Second time.
This is the second time I have used the Company to clean my rugs. The first time the rug was in a dreadful condition and it came back as good as new, even the pile felt new to walk on. This time two rugs have been cleaned and have come back looking wonderful. Will be back again when they need a clean. Excellent service. Excellent staff from reception ( Trudy) right through to the pick up/ delivery gentlemen. Well done.

My rug looks brand new. It is a cream and beige short shag rug. The pile has lifted remarkably with cleaning and it looks fantastic!! Pick up and delivery simplified the whole process
