Ordered rugs in January 2025

Ordered rugs in January 2025, never received them; contacted customer support multiple times and they claimed they'd send me replacements; never got those either. Do not order from here, complete scam.

I ordered a rug and antislip mat and…

I ordered a rug and antislip mat and paid for 2-5 day shipping. Eleven days later I hadn't heard anything. I wrote them several times asking where my products were. They even ignored my notice to cancel the order and refund my money. Finally I called them and demanded a refund and the guy says "oh it's actually just shipping out today" and gives me a tracking number for the rug. He says the mat ships from Ontario but claims he's got no tracking number. It was obvious he did nothing about my order until that day. He told me to call him once I've received the rug and he'll refund the shipping cost. I got my rug a few days later but still no mat. I called him again and he says he'll refund the shipping but still has no tracking for my mat. Four days later and still no refund and no tracking information. I contacted them again tonight and if I don't hear anything I'll be issuing a credit card chargeback and I'll be reaching out to my lawyer.
My advice to anyone is to never use this company to buy anything.

Weird request after purchase was confirmed

After getting a confirmation for the order and the menu being taken from my account I received and email from customer care team that asked for my photo ID or a copy of my utility bill to confirm I wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. I have never heard of this on the company end in all my years of purchasing online, only from the credit card company- I called the company to ask about what was happening and was met with a very polite gentleman who explained it and ensured it was a legit company. I sent a picture confirming my Id and address and the rug showed up today, 3 days earlier than it was originally expected. The rug is exactly as pictured and fits the space perfectly! I will absolutely be recommending this store to everyone but will also be purchasing more area rugs!!
