Staff in Runcorn are brilliant, always helpful to me as I’m disabled there help is appreciated so much, The manager Donna always says hello to me and asks if I need her or a member of staff to assist with my shopping, The offers in there are unbelievable, I always find something to buy, Big thanks to the till staff who have obviously been trained how to fold clothing, don’t see this service very often, I just love this shop ! Always a smile 😊

I placed an order for the first time yesterday. The welcome code did not work but I proceeded to check out regardless. I emailed the customer service team just to see if they could somehow help to refund the discount. Not only did they reply the very next day but also refunded the discount! No hassle or fuss. Unless none of the clothes fit, otherwise, you have a customer for a long time! Thank you for making the shopping experience so pleasant!

Ordered a pair jeans £10 normally around £60 brilliant should have ordered loads more.

Stumbled across the Sale Lab store at a local shopping centre. I was pleased to see lots of items from brands I liked at greatly reduced prices. The staff friendly and helpful but comfortable to wander without hindrance. Personally much better than wasting hours in the larger cut price shops where it can take ages to find something suitable. After the staff gave me a loyalty points card, I was advised of the online site. Their customer services blew me away when I requested a retrospective discount for an order I had already submitted. I mistakenly placed my order in two parts meaning that individually they didn’t qualify for an extra 10% discount on orders over a certain threshold. In a flash I received a lovely email to say my account had been credited with the amount. How refreshing and what a relief, I had been expecting the usual “computer says no”!
