Superb customer service! I made an error and accidentally ordered 6 x the amount of water softener salt I needed. They noticed the error, delivered only what I wanted and arranged a refund, all on the same day. Very happy indeed and will use them for all salt purchases from now on.

The Salt Shop excellent customer service
The Salt Shop are excellent value and excellent customer service. I have used for over 3 years to reliably deliver my water softener salt. When I’m not in the deliver driver always takes the time to stack the bags of salt somewhere out of sight. I can’t fault the service.

Good company to deal with.
I had a water softener installed 8years ago and apart from the first order I have used The Salt Shop ever since, their prices are good and delivery is always good and the driver will always put the bags where they are required ,I am unable to lift 25kg bags anymore so they are always very helpful.

The eight 25Kg bags were delivered promptly by a lovely man who stacked them very carefully in two groups of four under the bench in the garage. Ever since using the salt shop they have always done the same. Salt is very expensive now but they are reasonably competitive and the salt is very high quality
