SCAM SCAM!!!! PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM HERE !
I ordered a red dress for my birthday and spent around $150. Despite ordering based on the processing and shipping times advertised, my dress never arrived in time for my event. Communication regarding the delay was poor, and I ended up having to spend more money on another outfit last minute.
I requested a cancellation because once my birthday passed, I no longer needed the dress. Still after multiple attempts I got no reply back . Just lost $150 and no answer . I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need your outfit by a specific date.

Do not order from here, I placed an order last sunday 8/23!!!!!!!! & have yet to get any confirmation on my order. when Asked about it, they sent me a long message saying it was sent to the wrong address! i don’t know how they got anything mixed up when I live in the US & they’re in the UK! no good customer service what so ever!!!!! they take your money & don’t respond. only certain people get their stuff so that it doesn’t look like a scam BUT IT IS: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! you will never get your items!

Mind you this business is owned by two 🖤 girls! You would think they would have a heart but they don’t. They ship dresses as and when they want and if there are any damages they will not take accountability, they will ignore you and you become stuck with the dress! Honestly so gutted I ever came across them. AVOID at all costs! Cheap quality and one you buy - that’s it! Zero customer service they will ignore you and remove any comments if you contact her via their social media pages.

This company is such a scam. I ordered a dress in two different sizes. Both dresses don’t seem to fit, the quality is horrible and no possibility’s to return the items.
I have spend over €120,-(!) on this garbage.

If I could give zero I would! I ordered a dress and sent it back because it was flimsy and cheap and couldn’t figure out how to put the dress on. I messaged before sending back the dress asking about how I should do this. After a few days I had a reply saying it’s not a problem. This was in February! I messaged them not being rude or anything no response. So I started to message via their stories posted. Because they can post but can’t reply to me as a customer. Any how after asking about my refund because I returned signed for and it showed delivered I got blocked. This is why some of you so called businesses will not prosper because no customer service and just down right rude. I got my refund finally today hence why I’m writing this honest review and my experience with The Savvycollectiv. I will not be purchasing nothing from them again and I do not recommend.

I wouldn’t even give this site a one star if I didn’t have too. I ordered 2 outfits from them since the 25th of march and paid for next day delivery but up till now I haven’t recieved any email from them
Aside a condemnation email for my order. I have sent them a message twice requesting a full refund as the outfit will no longer serve a purpose and still no response. Customer service is appalling and I feel the whole site is a complete scam.

The refund policy is not explicit when ordering. Despite this, the website refuses to comply with UK law, so if ordering, be prepared to not receive any details on how to return as the proclaim that all orders are final. Any clothes that they send, do not come labelled or tagged, and there is no way of ascertaining that any items are new and unworn. Judging by the ratings on here, this is a ‘no go’ brand. I’ll send my item to charity, but NEVER again.

Saw the Valentina minidress and fell in love. The fabric is nothing like it looks in the pictures. I ordered a M-L and the ruched material was so baggy, to the point where I wasn’t 100% sure if sizing down would even fix the issue, or if it was just the way the dress is made (definitely nothing like the pictures). Anyway I emailed as instructed on the website to get the exchange details since you can’t get a refund. I got no response. I emailed again, no response. On the website it gives you 3 working days to return the dress (under the Customer Contracts Regulation 2013, the customer can refund an item without even giving a reason within 14 days bare in mind). This timeframe had been and gone, but I still wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. This was my birthday dress, so I was absolutely gutted. Not only is the outfit nothing like the pictures, but the customer service is shocking. I ended up getting an identical dress that fitted properly elsewhere.

I ordered a gorgeous blue and green butterfly print, Asian inspired, key hole dress.
Dress is very Ill fitting and not flattering at all. The measurements are completely off!
Very baggy at the stomach giving no shape to the waist and the key hole was so large my nips were on show.
Luckily I studied fashion and managed to take the waist in myself but there was still a problem with the large key hole. Added some hook and eye to the bust, but as the Fabric is such a thin- mesh-polyester material some threading became loose!
I had to cut the dress from the bottom to add the the bust!
Never again!!
Way too much work for a £60 dress!!!

Ordered a co ord and it didn’t fit. Emailed them to get an exchange, they responded with their return details and sent it back. They sent me back the same size! I have emailed them a few times regarding this to get it resolved but they have not bothered to respond.

Quality is bad and they will not get in touch with you regarding exchanges or returns, so you’re such with low quality crap you’ll never wear

I ordered a Co-ord set. The wrong colour and size was delivered. I have contacted them a million times on all their platforms to get this sorted, I have received no response and it’s been 2 months. I am currently going through the bank to get my money back.

Do not buy the sets, material are really poor quality. And apparently they do not do refunds nor exchanges.
