From my first contact with Jack at Savvy, I was treated like nothing was an issue or problem. Jack went far beyond he needed to make a reservation that suited our needs and budget. He then went even further to adjust our reservation due to a family illness. I would recommend this company and especially Jack to provide you with a first class experience!!!
The Savvy Team are great and helpful. It is not simply about a sale but giving you more than just a holiday - they get to know their customers and are available 24/7 whether it's before, during or after your trip.
Shak and Ray are experienced, knowledgable travellers and clearly know their stuff when it comes to travelling. They offer a personalised service, something which I've failed to find with other travel companies out there and they won't give up in finding the best deal for you no matter how big or small; whether it's a weekend city break or a honeymoon.
I travelled to New York last year and the Savvy Team took great care in sorting out everything, even compiling a list of things to do and sights to see whilst in the Big Apple, which just goes to show the great attention to detail. I'm currently in the process of booking a summer holiday to Dubai and I know Shak and Ray will sort out a perfect package, without the need for me to worry about anything.
All in all, the Savvy Team offer a unique, tailored service. These guys are serious about their travel and for them, it's about giving the customer not just a holiday, but the Savvy experience!
