The 800 phone number is not a working number. the CONTACT US chat is a robot and automated replies. NO PERSON to speak to

The scooter was delivered in a in tact box but when opened had a large 12 inch Crack in base area. This company must be a fraud no customer service! Receive message that only said , leave name and number. No one calls you back also instant texting them on site gets you no where. Sick to my stomach my poor handicap mother was robbed!

If could I would give them a minus 💯 . No customer services. Bought a scooter the battery dose not hold charge. Called 7 times e mail nothing ! Do not waste your money on this so called company!!

I have been trying to contact The Scooter Market for 6 weeks with no reply? The hoverboard had a continuous beep and would not charge, the battery eventually went flat and now it will not charge at all. The hoverboard is unusable

Only issue I have with the kart that is strapped down over the pressure pedals. So to turn off the hover board I have to remove the kart to switch it off. Board will not switch off with pedals pressed down.

Replied to email requesting pictures etc from scooter shop. However a while back now and still not received any correspondence nor straps.

After ordering and hearing nothing back after a few days I contacted them. The order was then dispatched to be delivered within 5 days. 7 days later still no product. After several emails and a phone call which wasn't answered, they contacted me and it was delivered within 48 hours.
Customer service was a bit hit and miss, due to the slow communications; but received a quality item in the end.
