This scam golfing company used our transport for a work golfing trip and have never paid for it.
no response to any of my emails and the phone number does not get answered.
This fake company shouldn't be allowed to get away with this for so long.

firstly my order of a stand bag took 2 months to arrive after stating this would be with us within 3/5days. The supplier is extremely difficult to get hold of and the response time is pathetic.

following delivery of the bag there is a component missing making the bag unusable where the legs collapse when they fold open. i queried this missing part with them, and they asked me to send a picture i am yet to hear back with a resolution, the picture was emails to them 4 months ago!!!

i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before leaving a review but 4 months to still have no response is unacceptable.

Bought a bag which broke and then tried to get a refund. Was asked to send an email with pictures and then heard absolutely nothing. Total cowboys! Really sad that I'm not the only one that seems to have experienced this

Complete scam website. Their email address is just a jumble of letters. They never reply to messages. They just take money then disappear. Avoid like the plague, this is a scam website stealing your money hidden behind the guise of a golf website. There’s one review on here saying perfect service, 5* - that has clearly been added by them to try and counter all the genuine reviews. Scam website, avoid avoid avoid, can’t stress this enough: you will never see your money or a product ever again if you use them.

Bought a couple of vessel bags and experienced no problems whatsoever, great product and service 👍⛳️

I bought a bag for 300 pounds, waited two weeks no information recieved. I called twenty times no answer, later on he finally responded and I talked to this Craig Chalmers guy, he promised they would send my order. This was 2 months ago haven’t heard from them since. Iv’e written 15 emails and called 30 times. With exception from one email were I called him out for scamming his customers then he responded that I should watch my tone…

Do NOT buy from here, total scam operation!

Criminal site, they take your money and no product

My review is aligned with the rest of the reviews on this site. I feel as if this is a criminal enterprise with a fancy website. They charge your card, and you wait months to see if you get your product. There is no way of reaching them, and they don’t even having a working phone number.

AVOID!!!!

As the other reviews have stated - NO customer service at all!!
They ignore all phone calls (Only contact number is a mobile number with generic EE voicemail).
Yet to respond to my emails despite taking money from my account.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Purchased a golf bag for £400 at the start of January that was advertised as ‘In Stock’… Finally managed to get hold of someone on the ‘chat’ 3 weeks later to be told the item is held in customs… another 6 weeks later and nothing! Phoned the number on the website numerous times and it just goes straight to voicemail… left about 50 emails and messages on both their web message service and chat service and nothing… So frustrating to have no updates or information whatsoever for a £400 item that was ordered 10 weeks ago now!!! Customer service is non existent! As far as I can see they take your money and you never hear from them again… The worst company I have ever dealt with. Period!!! Stay well clear!!! You’ve been warned!! 😡

Poor customer service. Bought and paid for something from the website, had no updates from order placement. Tried contacting via message no response, tried calling goes straight through to voicemail.
Selling premium golf products, with less than acceptable service. One to avoid
