Written by the company

The Self Eye is a personal-development education and coaching company founded by Jerry A. Horacius. It helps self-aware people who know what they want to change but struggle to follow through understand and change the identity, emotional, mental, and behavioral patterns behind self-sabotage. Its central methodology is the Framework of Change Mastery, a five-step system that guides students through Awareness, Decision, Release, Reprogramming, and Integration. The framework combines self-reflection, identity and self-concept work, behavioral tools, guided exercises, accountability, and community support. It is designed to help people apply personal-development knowledge in areas such as habits, productivity, career, finances, relationships, confidence, and quality of life. The Self Eye offers self-paced online courses, digital books, workbooks, a membership academy, live transformation events, group experiences, and one-to-one coaching. Its free guides, self-assessment resources, articles, and video lessons introduce the framework, while its paid programs provide deeper instruction, exercises, implementation support, and coaching. The company’s approach is educational and personal-development focused—not medical or mental-health treatment. The Self Eye does not claim to replace therapy, clinical care, or professional financial advice. Its purpose is to give people a structured way to understand themselves, reduce self-sabotaging patterns, make more aligned decisions, and build changes they can continue practicing.

When I first found Jerry's framework of change, I knew right away that he was onto something, as a lot of the points he was mentioning matched up with what i had already learnt from separate sources through having studied psychology on the side for several years.

At this point I may have had a stable job, but my life had no real direction. Sure, I knew what I wanted but I kept falling into the same old destructive patterns and I was never any closer to achieving my own goals.

One of the points that really stuck with me was his take on outcome-based goals verse identity-based habits. It was a real eye opener in that it drove home the fact that if i wanted to change my life, it came down to me consistently making the choices from the version of me who i wanted to become, as opposed just making the occasional step.

I'd definitely recommend this course as a solid introduction into how the human mind functions, as well as an excellent refresher course for anyone delving into how their habits can help change their life. It also comes with easy-to-follow activities and worksheets, to help anyone get out of a rut and sending their life the direction they want.
