Slow

Buying experience on the website, up until payment is good. However, the process thereafter, from order placement to fulfilment, they really need to pull up their socks. It took them 5 days after my order to package it and hand it over to BPost. Meanwhile no additional communication why it takes them so long. Additionally it took BPost another 5 days to get it delivered to one of their BBoxes in my neighbourhood. 2 stars for that.

Aside from that, I am pleased with the product itself (Shoulder Brace Pro). 4 stars for that.

Brings me to an average of 3 stars.
