Exed my expectations very nice and well maintained
The location is very close to the center yet very quiet, the apartment exed my expectations, size wise and decoration. Kitchen very well equipped and not the typical ikea dishes, looks like a real home with different styles. Close to supermarket and lockers to store the luggage, I will came again for sure.
Disappointed
The apartment's location is amazing. The mattress is very comfortable. However, the experience is spoiled by the lack of cleanliness in the apartment; the surfaces were dirty, not just dust, the floor had dirty corners, the sofa is full of stains, as is the bedspread and the pillows on the bed which caused enormous discomfort. No accommodation is worth any price when it is not properly cleaned.
Terrible.
Terrible.
They have disabled google reviews as they know they would get so many negative reviews. Such cowards.
Do not book here. We arrived just after midnight. There were already people there locked out as the front door key pad was not working. Over the course of the next 3 hours trying to get access we met about 5 other couples coming back from nights out in the same situation. All of us had to go find a hotel for the night. We were the lucky ones as Booking.com cancelled our reservation and booked us into another hotel. The other people had all their belongings inside.
Their lack of overnight support is disgraceful. From many previous reviews this seems to be a common occurrence.
They should be banned from Airbnb and Booking.com.

LOCKED OUT
We arrived at 11pm and there was another couple waiting there locked out due to a malfunctioning electronic lock. By 3am there were 8 parties there that were locked out, that’s a total of 8 separate apartments by Sharing Co that were locked out, it was absolutely disgraceful, we were all stranded in the middle of the night with no where to go, there was no contact or emergency number. We called the police but they could not do anything either, eventually every party was left wandering the streets to find another hotel to stay in.
Absolutely horrendous situation and absolutely no apology from them the next day. They emailed us saying that they don’t have 24/7 contact and there was nothing they could do as the lock was faulty.
Never again.

2 Bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people only
2 bedroom apartment in Malaga totally not suitable for 6. Table and chairs for 4 and only one sofa that seats 3. If there had been 6 of us it would have been uncomfortable. Decorated lovely and very central but the towels didnt seem like they had been washed they all looked a bit grubby and 2 had marks on which in my opinion would have come out with a wash. The lock once inside did not work, the knob just kept turning with no effect, as 3 females would have been nice if we could have had that extra lock as if someone had known the number they could just walk in.

Nice Appartment - Horrible Service
Klar — hier ist eine sachliche, nüchterne und rechtlich sichere TripAdvisor-Bewertung auf Englisch (ohne Übertreibungen, faktenbasiert):
⸻
The apartment itself in Málaga was clean, well located, and generally nice, which makes the overall experience particularly disappointing. During our stay, we were unable to access the apartment in the middle of the night due to a malfunctioning digital door lock. Despite repeated attempts, no effective emergency support was available, leaving us locked out with all our belongings inside.
We were forced to book a nearby hotel at our own expense. The next morning, a staff member confirmed that this was a technical issue and not caused by us. While the operator refunded part of the apartment cost, the reimbursement did not fully cover the hotel expenses or additional costs incurred.
The follow-up handling was rigid and focused mainly on internal policies rather than resolving the actual damage caused. If you rely on nighttime access and support, be aware that you may be left without assistance, which carries a real risk of seriously disrupting your vacation.

Very good experience
The location was perfect. It was close to the main landmarks. There were many shops, restaurants, and coffee bars around. The flat was clean. There were all the facilities. The only thing that I didn't like was the noise at night.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, close to the center, well-equipped apartment, fast internet, easy check-in. air conditioning for heating. quiet location, without night and day noise. to recommend. well-equipped kitchen, toaster, water heater, Nespresso machine. Very good studio.

Stay away whether you're a landlord or a tenant
Stay away, even though their customer support is really nice and well trained, it's clear that the poor agents are just there to cover an extremely lacking organization.
They advertise on Madrid and Málaga, but it seems to me cleat that the team in Madrid is rather small or absent or random.
The apartment I checked into was dirty, the listing was mistaken (advertising for a parking that actually wasn't there) and nobody offered a solution for 3 days.
A lot of sweet talking (professional customer support agent) but zero action (lacking an actual administrative team). They are barely worried about making the maximum profit with minimal care.
I totally understand that they manage apartments for rent on behalf of landlords who probably receive a good share and have no idea of the actual experience, nor (as landlord) they would care about it. But if I were a landlord (they have investment opportunities on their website) I'd be ashamed of the experience that my guests have.
This is a clear picture of who is destroying the short rental market, it's companies like this, who buy real estate inventory for mere profit and a subpar experience.
They require A LOT of payments but work very little.
Stay away.
PS: I have all the proofs and documents to back up my review.

The fourth year in a row in Málaga
The fourth year in a row in Málaga, and the last three through Sharing Co. The response to our booking inquiry came quickly, and communication was easy and smooth throughout. Arriving at the apartment went exactly as agreed, and the instructions were clear.

Very unsafe, was left locked out stranded at night
I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider. Their processes are incredibly unsafe. On my first night, I was locked out and stranded due to their cheap, faulty electronic lock system. There was no 24-hour contact available, so at 10 pm I had to find a bed at a hostel — without any of my belongings, which were locked in the room.
This is extremely unsafe. The management refused to take responsibility or properly fix both the electronic and regular turn-key lock system. They sent ‘maintenance’ the next morning who just replaced the batteries of the electronic lock. I ended up leaving early when the same exact issue happened the very next day, and remote customer service representative was being unhelpful and dismissive (asking me to send videos as evidence that the lock is not working, asking me how I was able to access the room the night before, telling me ‘maintenance’ should have fixed the problem already).
I genuinely worry that they won’t fix this problem, meaning the next guest could face the same situation. Accommodation with no local or after-hours contact and only remote customer service should not be allowed — it’s a serious safety issue. Imagine if you needed medication or had a flight to catch and were locked out.
I am currently trying to get a refund, but they continue to deflect blame rather than address the problem.

Staff was available upon arrival however the codes on the apartment door did not work for about an hour and they suggested that I should go with 2 kids and 7luggages to get a key from HQ
Keys issues, staff seems to be ignorant about some of the available services, they also tend to blame to tourists about the situation. Example, you entered the wrong code or the cleaning staff did not report an outage of the AC. I would not use them.

First Home in Spain
We stayed in this apartment for almost three months with our daughter and had a fantastic experience. The space is practical and well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The customer service was excellent, and the neighborhood is wonderful, with top shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Transportation access is also very convenient. Thank you, Sharing and Co team, for a great stay!"

The property was unsafe and insecure
The property was unsafe and insecure - we had someone not staying in the property attempting to break into our room on the last night - and the support was non-existent for a traumatic experience. Avoid.

Poor hygiene standards and inadequate service
Poor hygiene standards and inadequate customer service
Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at the apartment, we immediately noticed spiders in one of the bedrooms and the hallway. Despite notifying the company right away, it took several days for anyone to respond. When someone finally came, the problem was barely addressed: the cleaning staff simply swept the spiders onto the floor, leaving them in the apartment. Over the next few days, the spiders even spread into the living area. We eventually had to purchase insect spray and clean the place ourselves.
We had booked this apartment specifically because it had two bedrooms, so our daughter could have her own space. However, due to the insect problem, we were unable to use the second bedroom for multiple nights. Despite paying extra for this room, we couldn’t make use of it. To make matters worse, we later discovered cockroaches in the apartment as well.
We repeatedly asked for compensation for these issues, but our requests were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. The lack of urgency and failure to address the problem properly was extremely frustrating, and their customer service left a lot to be desired.
I would not recommend booking through this company unless they seriously improve their standards and responsiveness to guest concerns.
