Justice

I had tried all channels to get my money back including the small claims court with no success. So I asked the Sherriffs Office for support with this, they were quick to respond and to track him down. I have now received all outstanding monies owed to me and feel that justice has been served as he didn't get away with it, as he had been adamant that he was not going to repay me. I am very grateful to the Sherriffs Office for all their ongoing support as they refused to give up to.
I have emailed this on behalf of Anthony Jenkins.

Not full amount, when money was available

They were quick, but didn’t get the full amount owed even though the debtor had the money. Instructed full amount only and only got part payment. Update- I have been in touch with the Sheriffs and there was an error with my payment amount which they have now sorted and paid in full. Can’t ask for more than that.

Recovery Excellent, Accounts dire.

Their recovery section in Liverpool are excellent.
Their accounts dept needs a good shake up. It took six contacts with them to correct a £161 missed payment.
But they did get it right in the end.
