Experienced difficulty in on line navigation in the beginning challenging due to mismatched platforms, can’t be helped I suppose, through testing and covid. timeframe of classes are during work hours…would like to participate live understand how it would be difficult.

Overall, I really appreciate the availability, also the admin tech staff have been very helpful.

Would like to see options for second round continuing certifications to be made available who struggle the first time around.

The Shift Network walks the walk. I've participated in free intros and taken classes over several years. I've gotten one or 2 refunds for classes that didn't quite suite me, though the teachers were very well informed, masters in fact, and the content rich. I've participated in classes that are now in my library and are invaluable to me.
Besides the unique and wonderful classes, the staff is always quickly responsive, attentive and gracious. Practicing exactly what they "preach" in kindness, care, response-ability. I couldn't be more grateful to The Shift Network for what they offer and how they serve. Thank you all!

It seems like every post in my socials is for a Qi Gong or Tai Chi course. They’re following my algorithm I suppose. I glance at them all but this one drew me. I’m not sure why? But after the first class and Lindsay’s knowledge and confident smooth delivery I knew it was the right course for me. Some information familiar. A lot new. But all fulfilling and definitely what I’m looking for.
I’m 74 yo and in OK shape, not great, but found the movement/exercises doable. Not extremely difficult. I have a bit to go before I’m proficient but I know with practice and on going class attendance I’ll enjoy the benefits and be able to move with even more ease. All of this resonates with me. Deeply!!

The Shift Network hosted a 7 week online class and it was very well organized and run. If you have a situation or problem during the timeframe of your class or event they are especially equipped to handle it. The staff is very professional and kind. They get a A + from me !

The topics available are ones that resonate with my interests. I'm taking 4 at the moment, which will keep me busy until March.
There is a feeling of friendliness and support.

I needed technical help as the system was not recognising me due to different emails having been used for registration and payment. Shift sorted it out for me and customer services were very helpful.

I have taken several courses with Shift Network and have always been pleased. This time I was hoping to take a 12-week course but my circumstances changed and I had to get a refund. I was so pleased there was no problem at all within the defined time period; the refund was prompt and courteous. I recommend the Shift Network for quality of courses and for integrity.
